General turn around time for most orders is generally 1-2 weeks from processing to delivery date.
Processing time may vary depending on availability of items, customers will be contacted immediately if any products are backordered.
All goods are personally hand printed by the artist in Toronto, Ontario. Colours may vary from on screen vs in person. Frames are not included.
I accept payment via credit card, email, cheque or cash (in person). Invoices for first time accounts must be paid in full before your order is shipped.
Minimum opening order for new accounts is $250 Minimum reorders are $150
Prints and Posters - minimum quantity 3 per design.
Tea Towels - minimum quantity of 3 per design.
Dishcloths - minimum quantity 6 per design
Greeting Cards - minimum quantity 6 per design.
Puzzles - minimum quantity 3 per design

Free Shipping on orders over $800 (available to North America only at this time). All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs will be assessed at the time of shipment and included in the final invoice. Default shipping method is Canada Post. Items are shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date of order. Notification will be sent immediately if any items are on back order.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please submit all changes to your order within 48 hours of ordering. All orders are packed undamaged and ready to sell. Returns or exchanges must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
*Please note I make all my prints by hand, so there may be slight variations in colour and some imperfections.
We reserve the right to stop selling to retailers who do not adhere to the policies. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms.
